Founded by Dr. Edward Gelfand in 1996, the Dawson Dental brand has since grown to 17 clinics across Ontario with a team of over 50 Dentists, making them one of the most reputable Dental brands in the industry. With their talented team and umbrella of services, they provide each patient with an ageless continuum of care, building a lifelong relationship committed to providing each patient with a personalized experience.
Trew Knowledge was tasked with providing a Strategy, Design and Development of a responsive website that reflected the innovative and exceptional personalized customer experience that the brand has become known for. With this approach in mind, our strategy concluded that the website needed to be fully compatible with mobile devices, personalized and innovative to make users feel comfortable interacting with the site, but also allow for the marketing team to manage their digital marketing activities.
The result was a clean and modern design that represented the brand and anticipated a users experience when visiting the website. By creating a dynamic experience that put content, services and their multiple locations first, we provided a rich user experience that offered informative resources and easy access to booking appointments and consultations.
Notable features that were both innovative and dynamic included Geographically targeted dental location recommendations, data based forms and submissions directed to departments, a robust custom WordPress CMS system that empowered the marketing team and dynamic profiles for all dental clinics and Dentists that are part of the Dawson family. Currently we are working with the Dawson team to create a web portal that will service all dental locations and corporate communications.
