Compensation: Full-time competitive salary based on experience + Bonus

Trew Knowledge is a fast-paced and rapidly growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering world-class, innovative solutions for some of the world’s largest Brands. We specialize in WordPress, digital strategy, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design.
Job Purpose
As a Technical Lead you will be accountable for managing the technical aspects of digital solutions to ensure success with delivery and with meeting the client requirements and specifications. More specifically you will plan, lead, and provide advice on technical solutions and improvements to ensure the project is technically coherent and meets appropriate standards. You will also mentor Developers in specific technologies, languages, and frameworks to continually develop knowledge and skill areas.
Key Accountabilities
- Define the technical vision, framework, standards, and procedures to be presented to development teams accountable for the delivery of client digital solutions
- Set technical aspects for each project including the programming languages to be used and the tools required for project completion
- Partner with Senior Management Team, Product Owners, and Clients to understand how the application will be deployed and what framework and tools are required for product development
- Facilitate the quick and efficient resolution of development issues and blockages by guiding the team and bringing developers back on track.
- Lead discussions with project teams and other stakeholders to ensure product strategy is supported by current architectural decisions
- Optimize project delivery performance by defining and measuring KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Generate detailed reports with a focus on relevant development metrics and KPIs, focusing on the accomplished, planned, and blocked tasks.
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant Management certification may be required.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
